This prestigious scholarship supports emerging scholars in physical therapy with priority for those advancing Clinical Electrophysiology. Students pursuing education in wound management, neuromusculoskeletal ultrasonography, and biophysical agents are also encouraged to apply.
Billie Nelson was a visionary in our field - a founding member of the Academy of Clinical Electrophysiology and Wound Management, the first woman to earn the Electrophysiology Clinical Specialist certification, and an inspiring educator. Her legacy now lives on through this scholarship, empowering the next generation of innovators and leaders in physical therapy research.
